JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HubSpot Specialist to join our team and help us get the very best out of HubSpot. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building smart systems, improving processes, automating manual work, and supporting teams with practical HubSpot solutions.

You will play a key role in managing and optimising our HubSpot environment, with a strong focus on automation, workflows, pipeline set-up, lead management, and user adoption. The right person will be confident working across teams and will be passionate about creating efficient, scalable, and easy-to-use systems.

Key Responsibilities:

HubSpot Administration and Platform Management
- Manage and maintain the HubSpot platform across relevant hubs, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub, Operations Hub, and/or Commerce Hub.
- Support the set-up, configuration, and ongoing optimisation of HubSpot tools, properties, pipelines, forms, lists, workflows, and user access.
- Ensure HubSpot is structured in a clean, consistent, and scalable way to support business growth.
- Maintain data quality and system integrity by helping enforce naming conventions, governance standards, and best-practice processes.

Automation and Workflow Optimisation
- Build, manage, and optimise HubSpot workflows to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Use HubSpot automation tools such as workflows, sequences, and bots to support lead management, customer journeys, task creation, notifications, and internal handovers.
- Review existing workflows and identify opportunities to simplify, improve, or automate processes.
- Collaborate with teams to understand their pain points and create practical automation solutions that save time and reduce manual work.

Sales Pipeline and Lead Management
- Support the design, implementation, and optimisation of sales pipelines within HubSpot.
- Work closely with lead generation and marketing teams to improve lead capture, lead scoring, lead nurturing, and qualification processes.
- Help streamline pipeline stages, deal movement, task reminders, and sales handover processes.
- Monitor pipeline performance and identify areas where processes can be improved to support stronger conversion and sales efficiency.

Training, Support, and Documentation
- Provide day-to-day HubSpot support to internal users.
- Train tea ---------- mbers on HubSpot workflows, best practices, and platform features.
- Create and maintain documentation for HubSpot processes, automations, pipeline rules, and system usage.
Encourage strong user adoption by making HubSpot easier and more effective for teams to use.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with HubSpot administration, implementation, or optimisation.
- HubSpot Certification is required.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot automation, workflows, pipelines, sequences, properties, lists, and user management.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, sales pipelines, lead management, and workflow automation.
- Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to system management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and helping teams work more efficiently.
