Programmer and Graphic Designer

A basic 6 module property management system for real estate for use in sales and operations. Components of each module will be provided. Target completion: 4 months. After the project is completed, enhancements and apps shall be attached to the program which means an extended work after the initial project. Must have performed at least 5 completed programming projects in the past.
