About Us
CustomLove is a fast-growing e-commerce brand focused on creating personalized products that customers love. We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer who understands direct-response creative and knows how to produce high-converting static ads that drive clicks, engagement, and sales.

The role in one line
You'll produce scroll-stopping static ads that convert. Fast, in volume, directly briefed by our creative strategists. Your work shows up in our Meta ad account feeds and gets measured against real spend and ROAS.

Key Responsibilities
Design new static ad concepts per week based on briefs from our creative strategists
Produce variations per week of existing winning statics (hook swaps, CTA changes, colour tests)
Use AI tools (Higgsfield, Flair,, ChatGPT, etc.) as a native part of your workflow to accelerate ideation and production
Deliver each static in all required aspect ratios (1:1, 4:5, 9:16)
Hit a fast turnaround standard: most deliverables within 24-48 hours of brief

Requirements
Proven experience creating winning static ads with measurable performance results.
Strong portfolio showing successful direct-response ad creatives for e-commerce brands.
Deep understanding of Meta / Facebook / Instagram and creative best practices.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
Strong expertise with AI design tools such as FlairAI, Higgsfield, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar.
Ability to interpret data and optimize creatives based on results.
Ability to work in a KPI-driven environment and consistently achieve targets.
Strong attention to detail, speed, and ability to meet deadlines.
Experience in gifting, personalization, POD, or e-commerce is a plus.

What Success Looks Like
Consistently producing top-performing static ads.
Launching fresh creative concepts weekly.
Improving CTR, lowering CPA, and scaling winning campaigns.
Delivering strong website and internal design assets on time.
Meeting or exceeding all KPIs set by management.
Using AI workflows to increase speed and output quality.

Nice to Have
Experience with personalized product brands.
Copywriting skills for ad headlines and hooks.
Basic motion design / video editing knowledge.
Understanding of consumer psychology and UGC trends.
