We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Recruitment Coordinator to support our clients' hiring initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and engaging high-quality candidates while ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey. You will partner with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, and provide recommendations that help organizations build strong teams.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, evaluating talent, and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written, and reading) – MUST
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or another hiring-focused position – MUST
- Experience conducting candidate interviews and assessments – MUST
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications and overall alignment with company culture
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently while maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment
- Experience recruiting for leadership, operations, customer service, or other professional-level positions
- Experience supporting high-volume or multi-client recruitment environments

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and engage qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Review resumes, conduct screening interviews, and assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
- Document recruitment activities and update candidate records in company systems.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Track candidate progress and ensure timely movement through the recruitment process.
- Present qualified candidates and provide hiring recommendations.
- Support ongoing recruitment initiatives and process improvements.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time remote role
- 8-hour workday, 5 days per week (US Time Zone)
