About the Role
TruPay Inc. is a fast-growing merchant cash advance (MCA) and alternative business funding brokerage helping U.S. small businesses get fast funding. We provide pre-qualified leads from our automated CRM system.
We are looking for motivated, results-driven Sales Agents to join our remote team. This role offers a guaranteed small base + very strong commission and override structure with truly uncapped earning potential.
Compensation Structure

Guaranteed base pay: $100 per month
Commission: 5–7% (points) on the total funded amount of every deal you personally close
Passive Override: 1–3% on the funded volume of any sub-agents or referred agents you bring in and help build
Earnings are uncapped — the more you close and the more people you bring in, the more you earn
Base is paid monthly + commissions paid after deals are funded

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and send text messages to pre-qualified leads from our CRM (no cold prospecting)
Qualify business owners and understand their funding needs
Prepare and submit applications to our network of multiple funders
Actively follow up on submitted deals until funding
Accurately update all activities and statuses in our Google Sheets CRM
Maintain professional communication with clients

Requirements

Previous sales experience (finance, lending, insurance, B2B, or high-ticket preferred)
Strong phone and English communication skills
High persistence and ability to handle rejection
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Must be available full-time during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours
Stable high-speed internet, reliable computer/laptop, quality headset with microphone, and quiet workspace
