We are hiring experienced Reddit VAs to manage and grow a portfolio of Reddit accounts.
Your job is to warm accounts up safely, build post and comment karma, and engage naturally in relevant subreddits so each account looks and behaves like a real, established Redditor, not a bot.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Log into assigned Reddit accounts and run daily warm-up routines (browsing, joining subreddits, upvoting, replying, commenting, posting)
- Write genuine, helpful comments and posts that earn upvotes and replies. Quality over spam.
- Steadily grow both post karma and comment karma over time
- Follow each account's schedule and our guidelines (which subreddits, how often, what tone)
- Keep accounts healthy and avoid anything that triggers removals, shadowbans, or suspensions
- Log your activity and report what you did each session
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
- Have 1-2 Years of Reddit experience, hands-on karma farming / growing Reddit accounts to thousands of Karma, SAFELY
- Understand Reddit's upvote system, subreddit rules, and how shadowbans happen
- Write natural, fluent English that reads like a real person, not copy-paste
- Are detail-oriented, reliable, and can follow a routine consistently
- Have a stable internet connection
