JOB OVERVIEW

Part ---------- Full Time

About us
We're a growing DTC women's lingerie and shapewear brand.
We're looking for someone who can own our Amazon presence end to end and turn it into a real growth channel.

The role
You'll be our go-to Amazon specialist, responsible for listings, creative/imagery, and advertising across our marketplaces. This is a hands-on role for someone who's done this before and can show results — not theory.

What you'll do

Listing optimization: Write and optimize titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend keywords for SEO and conversion. Run keyword research (Helium 10 / Jungle Scout or similar) and keep listings sharp as we add products.
A+ Content & Brand Store: Build out A+ / Premium A+ modules (including Brand Story) and a Brand Store that reflect our brand and lift conversion. Now that we're in Brand Registry, this is a key early priority.
Listing imagery: Own the visual merchandising — main image, secondary images, infographics, lifestyle shots, and A+ module graphics. Either produce these directly (Photoshop/Canva) or write briefs and art-direct our design team. Comfort working with intimate-apparel imagery is important.
Amazon Advertising (PPC): Plan, launch, and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns. Manage to ACoS/TACoS targets, scale what works, and report clearly on performance.
Account health & growth: Monitor Buy Box, reviews, and account health; flag issues; and proactively suggest opportunities to grow the channel.
Reporting: Give us a clear, regular read on listing performance and ad spend efficiency — what's working, what isn't, and what you're changing.

What we're looking for (must-haves)

Proven, hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (please be ready to share specific examples and numbers).
Direct experience with Brand Registry, A+ Content, and Brand Stores.
A track record managing Amazon PPC with results you can quantify (e.g., ACoS reduction, revenue growth).
Strong listing copywriting and keyword/SEO skills.
Fluent, professional written English.
A good eye for creative — you understand what makes a listing image convert.
Reliable, self-directed, and responsive across time zones (we're a distributed team).

Bonus points (nice-to-haves)

Experience in apparel, intimates, fashion, or beauty categories.
Experience managing multiple international Amazon marketplaces.
Hands-on design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Figma) for producing listing and A+ imagery yourself.
Familiarity with Amazon DSP.

Location: Fully remote.
Engagement: Open to both part-time and full-time. We're flexible on hours for the right person — many of our hires start part-time and grow into a full-time role as the channel scales. Let us know your availability and preference when you apply.

How to apply

A short note on your relevant Amazon experience (skip the generic cover letter).
One listing or A+ Content example you built or optimized — ideally in apparel, intimates, or a related category.
One advertising result with real numbers (e.g., "took ACoS from 45% to 22% over 3 months").
The tools you use for keyword research and PPC management.

To show you've read this fully, please start your application with the word "Aurora." Applications without it won't be reviewed.
We read every genuine application and will reply to candidates who are a fit. Thanks for your interest — we're excited to find the right person.
