7 Figure Dojo is an international strategic coaching and marketing agency that helps schools and academies in the marital arts, music, dance, tutoring, private school and extracurricular program space scale to seven figures and beyond. We run proven ad campaigns, build systems that convert, and coach business owners to achieve sustainable growth.

We are seeking a motivated and fluent English-speaking Appointment Setter to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring our Program Advisors have a steady stream of qualified appointments, which allows us to serve more business owners worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Make ---------- + outbound contacts per day, texts, and follow-ups to leads in a timely, professional manner.
Downsell workshops, or courses to prospects not qualified for high ticket offer.
Engage prospects in natural, confident conversations to qualify interest and set appointments.
Enter accurate notes, updates, and follow-up tasks into our CRM.
Confirm and remind prospects of scheduled calls to maximize show rates.
Collaborate closely with Program Advisors and the marketing team to improve lead flow and conversions.
Have a no excuses attitude and willing to put in time outside of hours to meet the daily quota.


Requirements:

Fluent English speaker with clear, professional communication and minimal accent.
Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily outreach quotas.
Self-motivated, positive attitude, and consistent follow-through.
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is at MUST.
Ability to work remotely with accountability for hitting targets.
When working - you are working - no activity other than work during work hours. (We use a remote monitoring system to ensure accountability.)

Base salary $1500 - $2500 based on experience
Commissions per enrollment and workshop downsell sold
OTE $3000 - $4500 per month OTE
