Instagram/facebook page manager

I own an online fitness coaching business and 99% of our new clients come from instagram/facebook. I have my instagram set up in a way where new followers receive an auto-dm. I would like to hire you if you speak english well and could communicate with potential new clients well enough to transfer them over to me to talk to. This is not a sales job. I will be doing all of the selling. I'm focused on lead generation. I already have a good system in place, I just need someone to help me out with certain steps in the process. I would need you to start a converstaion with people who respond back to the auto-dm I have set up and then relay the client over to myself or my business partner to continue the conversation with them. I will provide you with certain scripts to use. A background in fitness or general understanding of fitness is preferred but not required. I am looking to hire a separate person to manage all of my websites and social media including youtube, but if you are skilled and qualified in these areas as well, we'll just have you do all of it and include a salary increase.
