We are seeking motivated and technology-driven graduates who are eager to launch their careers in Technical Support, Product Support, and Customer Success.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate our platform, resolve technical concerns, and maximize their experience with our product. You will also collaborate with our development team to investigate and address more advanced technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through our ticketing system in a timely and professional manner
- Guide users through platform features and assist with basic troubleshooting
- Diagnose technical issues and escalate complex cases when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and recurring issues
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve product-related concerns
- Stay up to date on platform enhancements and new features to provide effective customer support
Qualifications:
- Fresh Graduates in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a MUST
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript is a MUST
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal is a MUST
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, tools, and support processes
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, internships, or related roles
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Zendesk, or similar customer support tools
Work Schedule & Setup
- Full-time position
- Permanent work-from-home arrangement
- 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days per week)
