We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel specialist who understands how to build high-level automations, workflows, and CRM systems specifically for doctors, clinics, therapists, and healthcare-based businesses.

This role is for someone who is not just familiar with GoHighLevel, but truly understands how to set up systems that help healthcare providers streamline patient/client communication, improve lead follow-up, reduce manual admin work, and create a smoother experience from inquiry to booked appointment.

Responsibilities include:

Building and optimizing GoHighLevel workflows and automations
Setting up CRM pipelines for healthcare practices
Creating automated follow-up sequences for leads, patients, and clients
Building appointment booking systems and reminders
Setting up forms, surveys, tags, triggers, and segmentation
Creating email and SMS automations
Integrating calendars, websites, landing pages, and other tools
Helping design systems that support doctors, clinics, therapists, and wellness providers
Troubleshooting existing GoHighLevel setups
Recommending best practices for patient/client journey automation

The ideal candidate has experience with:

GoHighLevel workflow builds
Healthcare, medical, therapy, or clinic-based business systems
Lead nurture campaigns
Patient/client intake automation
Appointment reminders and reactivation campaigns
HIPAA-conscious communication practices
CRM organization and pipeline setup

Email/SMS automation strategy
