JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Credit Repair Dispute Specialist to join our team long term.

This role is for someone who understands the credit repair process, knows how to properly handle disputes, communicates clearly, and pays close attention to detail. You will be working with our customer service team, monitoring client files, submitting disputes, and helping make sure client accounts are being handled correctly and consistently.

## Responsibilities

- Prepare and submit credit disputes for clients
- Handle online disputing through Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian
- File and monitor CFPB complaints
- Make sure CFPB complaints are not closed without being properly reviewed or followed up on
- Work with BBB complaints
- Use FTC systems when needed for client files
- Understand and work with Early Warning Services / EWS
- Review client documents for accuracy before submitting disputes
- Organize, edit, and prepare documents using Adobe / Adobe Acrobat
- Communicate clearly with the customer service representative about client updates, missing documents, account status, and next steps
- Keep accurate notes and updates inside the company system
- Follow company dispute processes and SOPs
- Work well with the rest of the team to make sure clients are being serviced properly
- Stay organized and meet deadlines

## Requirements

- Prior experience in credit repair dispute processing
- Experience with CFPB, BBB, FTC systems, and Early Warning Services
- Experience submitting online disputes with Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written communication skills
- Good team communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and company processes
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple client files
- Experience using Adobe for client documents
- Reliable, professional, and consistent
- Must be looking for a long-term position

## Preferred Skills

- Experience working inside a credit repair company
- Experience communicating with customer service reps or account managers
- Knowledge of consumer reporting agencies and dispute timelines
- Ability to track follow-ups and make sure nothing is missed
- Experience with credit repair software or CRM systems is a plus
