# Senior Sales Manager – Fine Jewelry & Luxury Retail

Remote (Philippines) | Full-Time | US Business Hours

Salary: $2,000–$3,000 USD per month (Depending on Experience)

## Lead Sales Operations for a Growing US Luxury Jewelry Brand

We are a rapidly growing luxury jewelry company based in San Jose, California, serving clients throughout the United States. We specialize in fine jewelry and provide a highly personalized, luxury buying experience for our customers.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in Fine Jewelry, Luxury Jewelry, Luxury Retail, Bridal Jewelry, Luxury Watches, or High-End Fashion Retail.

This role will oversee both our San Jose, California retail showroom team and our remote Philippines-based sales and support team. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader who understands luxury clientele, consultative selling, team development, and revenue growth.

## Key Responsibilities

### Sales Leadership

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales organization
- Manage both showroom-based employees in San Jose, California and remote tea ---------- mbers in the Philippines
- Establish clear performance expectations and accountability standards
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews
- Create a culture of ownership, excellence, and customer obsession

### Revenue Growth & Performance Management

- Drive revenue growth across the organization
- Monitor sales KPIs, conversion rates, and team productivity
- Identify missed revenue opportunities and implement improvement plans
- Develop strategies to increase sales performance and client retention

### Sales Operations

- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation through purchase
- Ensure timely follow-up and exceptional client communication
- Maintain CRM compliance and reporting accuracy
- Improve workflows, systems, and operational efficiency

### Customer Experience

- Maintain luxury-level service standards throughout the customer journey
- Monitor consultation quality and sales effectiveness
- Ensure every client receives a premium experience consistent with a luxury brand

### Reporting & Analytics

- Track and report key sales metrics
- Analyze lead sources, conversion trends, and sales performance
- Present recommendations and business insights to leadership

## Required Qualifications

### Mandatory Industry Experience

You must have leadership experience in one or more of the following:

- Fine Jewelry
- Luxury Jewelry
- Bridal Jewelry
- Luxury Watches
- Luxury Retail
- High-End Fashion Retail

Applicants without luxury retail leadership experience will not be considered.

### Leadership Experience

- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience
- Minimum 3 years managing remote teams
- Experience leading teams responsible for revenue generation
- Experience supporting US-based customers
- Experience managing both individual contributors and team leaders
- Experience working in consultative, high-ticket sales environments

### Skills & Expertise

- Strong CRM experience
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills

## Preferred Qualifications

- Direct Fine Jewelry industry experience
- Diamond or engagement ring sales experience
- Experience managing Jewelry Consultants, Client Advisors, or Jewelry Stylists
- Luxury eCommerce experience
- Revenue Operations (RevOps) experience
- Experience serving affluent or high-net-worth clientele
