JOB OVERVIEW

We're a growing eCommerce business looking for a full-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team — with real room to grow into a managerial role as we scale.
What you'll do:

Reply to customer emails (currently ~80/day)
Manage Facebook messages and comments (currently ~100/day)
Handle general customer support and keep our customers happy

What we're looking for:

Excellent written English
Reliable, fast internet connection
Organized, dependable, and able to handle volume
---------- or Facebook customer service experience is a strong bonus
Someone keen to grow with us and eventually take on more responsibility
