# Growth & Lead Generation Specialist (Cleaning Services) – Full-time

Weschoon is a fast-growing cleaning company based in the Netherlands, providing residential and commercial cleaning services. Our services include regular home cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, office cleaning, and specialized cleaning services.
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Growth & Lead Generation Specialist to help us grow our customer base, generate commercial contracts, improve our online presence, and increase sales.
This is a long-term remote position with opportunities for increased responsibility and hours based on performance.

## Primary Objective
Your mission is simple:
Generate qualified leads, increase bookings, improve customer retention, and help Weschoon secure recurring commercial cleaning contracts.
We are not looking for someone who only creates social media posts.
We are looking for someone who can directly contribute to business growth.

## Key Responsibilities
### 1. Commercial Lead Generation
Research and identify potential commercial clients, including:
* Offices
* Property management companies
* VvE management companies
* Medical clinics
* Dental practices
* Schools
* Childcare centres
* Gyms
* Warehouses
* Co-working spaces
* Hospitality businesses
Tasks:
* Build prospect lists
* Find decision-makers
* Find
* Upload prospects into HubSpot CRM
* Organise and maintain lead databases

### 2. Outreach & Follow-Up
Execute outreach campaigns through:

Maintain and organise HubSpot CRM:
* Update contact records

### 4. Quotation Follow-Up
Tasks:
* Contact prospects who requested quotations
* Follow up on pending quotations
* Track conversion rates
* Schedule reminders

### 5. Google Business Profile Management
Tasks:
* Upload photos regularly
* Publish Google Posts
* Respond to reviews
* Improve local visibility

### 6. Local SEO & Content Marketing
Using Surfer SEO and WordPress:
Tasks:
* Create and optimise service pages
* Create location-specific pages
* Update existing website content
* Perform keyword research
* Improve rankings for local search terms
