Growth Marketing Manager for Canadian Digital Agency

- We are hiring a highly experienced remote Growth Marketing Manager to support our internal team with campaign planning, reporting, execution, and marketing operations. This is mostly a back-office role, with limited client-facing responsibilities if needed.

Who We Are Looking For
- We are looking for someone with strong growth marketing fundamentals who can turn business goals into clear campaigns, KPIs, briefs, and execution plans.
- This role is best for someone who has worked across multiple marketing channels and understands paid media, funnels, creative, landing pages, email/SMS, analytics, and reporting.
- You do not need to be the best media buyer, designer, or copywriter, but you must understand how these pieces work together to drive growth.

Requirements
- Must be available 9am-1pm EST Mon-Fri synchronously.
- 4+ years of growth marketing, performance marketing, or marketing strategy experience
- Strong understanding of paid media, creative testing, landing pages, funnels, CRM, and analytics
- Experience building marketing reports, KPI scorecards, or campaign performance summaries
- Strong written communication
- Strong Google Sheets skills
- Experience coordinating with media buyers, designers, copywriters, or marketing operators
- Strong attention to detail

Preferred Experience
- Worked at a growth agency
- Worked with Canadian/US clients in the past
- Experience running meta ads
