Our products help businesses attract attention, engage customers, capture leads, and create better event, retail, restaurant, and trade show experiences.

Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to help book qualified demos for our sales team.

Your job is to make outbound calls, send follow-up emails, research leads, update Zoho CRM, qualify prospects, and book Zoom or showroom demos. Once the appointment is booked, you will hand it off to our closer. You can also earn commission when your booked appointments turn into closed deals.

This is a sales role, not an admin role. You must be comfortable making a high volume of calls every day.

Responsibilities
Make 100–150+ outbound calls per day
Send follow-up emails to prospects
Research and add new leads into Zoho CRM
Book qualified Zoom or showroom demos
Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
Hand off booked appointments to the closing sales team
Log all calls, emails, notes, and follow-ups in CRM
Follow up with prospects until they say yes, no, or later
Submit daily activity updates

Requirements
3+ years of appointment setting, cold calling, lead generation, or sales experience
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Strong spoken and written English
Experience using a CRM; Zoho CRM is preferred
Good email follow-up skills
Reliable computer, headset, internet, and quiet workspace
Organized, coachable, and results-driven


Available Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm Eastern Time

Bonus Experience

Experience calling businesses in Canada or the USA is a strong plus. Background in events, trade shows, restaurants, retail, marketing, websites, SEO, software, digital signage, kiosks, or tech sales is also helpful.

Compensation

Base salary plus appointment booked bonuses, performance perks, and commission opportunities when booked appointments close.
