Golden Kids Behavioral Therapy is a growing organization dedicated to providing high-quality behavioral health services to children and families. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and help keep our operations running efficiently.
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary administrative support to executive leadership. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling.
Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings.
Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting notes, and track action items.
Monitor and manage
Track projects, deadlines, and executive priorities to ensure timely completion.
Organize documents, files, reports, and records.
Assist with travel arrangements, accommodations, and itinerary planning.
Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
Follow up on outstanding tasks and provide regular status updates.
Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries as needed.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business and employee information.
Support special projects and administrative initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to prioritize competing tasks and work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
