Senior Estimator (Civil Construction - AU)

We’re looking for a VA Estimator to join our growing team at Superb Civil Group. This position is ideal for a Senior Estimator with solid civil construction experience in Australia.

Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates and tender documentation for civil projects
Review drawings, specifications, and project scope
Perform detailed quantity take-offs (earthworks, drainage, pavement, landscaping)
Use Bluebeam for measurements, markups, and project documentation
Source and compare supplier/subcontractor quotes
Maintain cost databases with updated market rates

Qualifications:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying (preferred)
Estimating experience: 3+ years (Senior)
Proficiency in Bluebeam and MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Proficiency in ----------
Project Management as advantage
