We are looking for experienced, solid Appointment Setters to support licensed Medicare agents and agencies.

This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically hiring strong phone professionals who are confident on calls, know how to guide conversations naturally, and can consistently book qualified appointments.

We are not looking for freelancers juggling multiple jobs. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone seeking stability, structure, and growth.

Your primary responsibility will be speaking with individuals turning 65 or currently on Medicare who have requested information about their coverage options and converting those conversations into booked appointments for licensed Medicare agents.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads who requested Medicare information
• Handle inbound calls and convert them into booked appointments
• Follow scripts naturally while sounding confident and conversational
• Professionally overcome objections and keep prospects engaged
• Confirm appointments and send reminders
• Follow up on no-shows and missed calls
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and lead updates
• Identify leads requiring additional follow-up
• Ensure no interested prospect is left unattended

This is a performance-driven role focused on results, consistency, and keeping agents’ calendars full with qualified appointments.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong appointment setting experience
• Excellent spoken English
• Neutral to minimal accent suitable for U.S. phone calls
• Strong phone presence and conversational confidence
• Ability to control and guide conversations naturally
• Skilled at handling objections without sounding scripted
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Full-time availability only (no side jobs or freelance juggling)
• Long-term commitment and reliability

Call center, insurance, Medicare, or high-volume appointment setting experience is highly preferred.
