We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Listing Manager to oversee and maintain our property listings across company platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing website listings, coordinating property information, processing applications, and collaborating with both field staff and office teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date property marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Listing & Website Management
Create, update, and remove property listings on the company website.
Ensure all property descriptions, photos, pricing, and details are accurate and current.
Monitor listing performance and maintain high-quality presentation standards.
Coordinate timely publication of new properties and removal of leased or unavailable properties.
Property Management Support
Assist with administrative aspects of property management related to listings and tenant applications.
Maintain accurate records of available properties and listing statuses.
Ensure property information is consistently updated across platforms.
Coordination & Communication
Follow up with photographers and on-site staff to ensure property photos and media are captured and submitted on time.
Communicate with tea
Collaborate closely with office staff to ensure smooth workflow and information sharing.
Application Management
Receive, review, and process rental applications.
Track application progress and maintain organized records.
Communicate with applicants regarding application status and required documentation.
Coordinate with relevant tea
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bilingual (English + Spanish)
Previous experience in property management, listing management, administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both English & Spanish.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Attributes
Experience in the real estate or property management industry.
Customer service experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
