We're a digital marketing agency running Google Ads and Meta Ads for service businesses across NZ, Australia, the UK and the US. We need an experienced ads manager to take full ownership of campaign setup, management and optimisation.
This is NOT a junior or "boost posts" role. You'll be building and scaling lead-gen campaigns where the only metric that matters is booked jobs, not clicks or impressions.
What you'll do:
Set up new Google Ads accounts from scratch (account structure, conversion tracking, GTM)
Build and manage Meta Ads campaigns: lead-gen objectives, Instant Forms, custom audiences, retargeting and creative testing
Manage and optimise live campaigns across multiple client accounts on both platforms
Own conversion tracking end to end (Google Ads, GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM)
Report on what's actually driving leads and revenue, not vanity metrics
You MUST have:
Proven Google Ads experience for service-based businesses
Hands-on Meta Ads experience (campaign builds, Pixel setup, audience strategy, creative testing)
Bonus if you've worked with moving companies, construction, renovation, plumbing, trades or similar local service operators
Solid grasp of conversion tracking and GTM across both platforms
Clear written and spoken English, and the ability to work independently
