Virtual Assistant - Beauty Brand Content & Email Manager

Scalp RN is a small, but growing brand for textured hair women. We sell and customize glueless wigs, and we're building a real community around it. We're looking for a detail-oriented VA who can help us show up consistently online and in the inboxes of our customers.

This is a remote gig, roughly 5-10 hours per week to start, with room to grow as the brand grows.

What You'll Be Doing:

-Edit short-form video content (Reels and TikToks) using CapCut
-Design carousel posts in Canva
-Write captions that sound human and on-brand
-Build and manage email sequences in Klaviyo, ConvertKit, or ActiveCampaign

What We're Looking For:

-Prior experience working with a beauty, lifestyle, or product brand
-Familiarity writing for Black women or women with textured hair is a big plus
-Strong written English communication skills
-A good eye for aesthetics and content flow
-Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding
-Comfortable learning across email platforms (you don't need to know all three, but you should be a fast learner)
