ocial Media Chat & Engagement Assistant (Remote)

Job Description: We manage content creators and are hiring experienced chat operators to handle subscriber messaging on our accounts.

Responsibilities: respond to incoming direct messages promptly throughout your assigned shift, maintain the creator's established voice and brand guidelines, build rapport with subscribers, and convert conversations into content sales. You will follow provided scripts and targets, log your activity, and report results at the end of each shift.

Requirements: fluent written English, fast and accurate typing, strong sales instinct, and the discipline to follow established processes rather than improvise. Reliability is non negotiable. Operators must be present and responsive for the full duration of their shifts. Prior experience in creator or subscription platfor ---------- ssaging is strongly preferred.
