Virtual Assistant / Website & Marketing Support

I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant to help with a new online business. I need someone who can help with website updates, basic marketing, and social media content.

Main responsibilities:

Help build and update the website
Add and set up a payment/checkout process
Make ongoing changes to the site when needed
Help improve the overall look and layout of the website
Assist with marketing through Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
Help set up and manage Facebook/Instagram ads
Manage the Instagram account
Create simple content for posts, stories, and reels
Help come up with content ideas and keep the page active
Communicate clearly and respond in a timely manner

What I’m looking for:

Experience with website builders like Shopify, Wix, WordPress, or similar
Basic knowledge of payment processing/checkout setup
Experience with Instagram, Facebook, and social media marketing
Ability to create clean, professional-looking content
Someone organized, reliable, and easy to work with
Must be able to follow instructions and make updates quickly

This is for a growing business, so I’m looking for someone who can help with different tasks as needed and be involved long term.
