What you'll do — Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Local) for multiple clients — Execute local SEO strategies: on-page optimization, Google Business Profile management, citation building, reporting — Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis — Build monthly performance reports with clear takeaways (not just data dumps) — Collaborate directly with the owner on strategy and client communication

What we're looking for — 2+ years managing Google Ads accounts with real budget responsibility — Solid grasp of local SEO (Google Maps, GBP, citations, schema) — Familiar with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog — Google Ads certified (current) — required — Strong written English — you'll be writing reports clients actually read — Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a big plus — Self-directed, organized, communicates proactively
