About the Role
We are looking for a highly responsive, proactive, and confident Virtual Assistant Outbound Caller to handle incoming leads, outbound calls, appointment booking, and social media messaging for our business.
This role is fast-paced and requires someone who can respond to leads immediately, communicate professionally, and help convert inquiries into booked appointments and memberships/packages.
If you are comfortable talking to customers, following scripts, handling objections, and multitasking between calls and messages — this role may be a great fit for you.
Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Outbound Calling
- Call new leads immediately after they come in
- Follow up with existing leads through calls, text messages, and
- Book appointments efficiently and accurately
- Handle lead nurturing and reactivation campaigns
- Maintain organized lead notes and statuses in the CRM/system
Inbound Calls
- Answer inbound lead calls during shift hours
- Provide accurate information about services/promotions
- Assist customers professionally and confidently
- Schedule appointments and answer basic inquiries
Social Media & Messaging
- Respond to incoming
- Send outgoing follow-up messages to leads
- Ensure all inquiries receive responses in a timely manner
- Maintain professional and friendly communication
Administrative Support
- Update lead tracking sheets and CRM
- Follow scripts, workflows, and booking procedures
- Escalate concerns or sensitive situations when needed
- Maintain response time expectations and daily productivity
Qualifications
Must have clear and professional English communication skills, neutral accent required.
Comfortable making outbound calls daily
Strong customer service and sales confidence
Fast learner and highly responsive
Able to multitask between calls, chats, and CRM updates
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Previous VA, customer service, call center, or appointment setting experience preferred
