DM Specialist — Influencer Account DM Sales

About this role
We run a large influencer account with a highly engaged audience, and our DMs never stop. Followers message us all day asking "where can I get this?" and "which one should I get?" — and we're looking for a DM Specialist to own that inbox: get people the right product links, give genuinely helpful recommendations, and turn those conversations into sales.

We sell from a large catalog, so to keep answers fast and accurate, you'll work with a Claude AI assistant we pre-load with our full product info — you'll use it to pull the right details and draft quick, on-brand replies.

What you'll do
- Respond to a high volume of inbound DMs across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook — fast and in our voice.
- Help followers find the exact product and link they're asking about.
- Recommend products and suggest add-ons where it genuinely fits, turning chats into orders.
- Use our pre-loaded Claude assistant (stocked with our catalog) to look up accurate product info and speed up responses.
- Build and manage ManyChat automations for FAQs and link delivery.
- Process orders and look up customers and products in Shopify.
- Track conversations, conversions, and recurring questions in Google Sheets.
- Follow up with warm leads and past customers to drive repeat sales.

Requirements
- Proven DM/chat sales or social selling experience — you've turned conversations into revenue before.
- Shopify experience — comfortable with orders, products, and customer lookups.
- ManyChat experience — you can build and troubleshoot automation flows, not just send messages.
- Google Sheets — you keep organized trackers and can work with basic formulas.
- Familiarity with Claude or similar AI assistants — comfortable using an AI tool to look things up and draft responses (we'll have it pre-loaded with our catalog for you).
- Excellent written English with a warm, persuasive, on-brand tone.
- Fast and reliable — you keep up with a busy inbox and don't let it pile up.
- Discreet and professional with customer information.

Bonus points

- Experience managing DMs or chat sales for a large account or big product catalog.
- Experience with affiliate/link tools, Klaviyo, or other email/SMS marketing tools.
- Experience writing in and matching a defined brand voice.
