RN Virtual TRIAGE and BIologic/infusion manager

We are looking for someone who is US based familiar with prior authorization and biologic approval workflow. We are looking for someone who is excellent at this. Work in Ecw ensure all notes and labs to submit for authorization and approval are in order. Be able to call insurance appeal the denials do peer to peer if needed and get the drugs approved. Will be wonderful if you have ECW experience and something in rheumatology oncology GI. Be able to work under stress and pressure. Also you will be responsible for answering 2 way text and triage patients and ensure urgent concerns are addressed by the team and appointments are made where needed.
