Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support & Operations Virtual Assistant who will become an important part of our company.
Your primary responsibility will be customer support via
You will use AI tools, company procedures and training materials to assist customers and improve our support systems.
As you gain experience, you will have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities such as social media support, website updates, documentation and operational improvements.
Dutch and German language skills are NOT required. AI tools and company templates will help you prepare customer responses in Dutch and, in the future, German.

Daily
Answer customer
