JOB OVERVIEW

About the company
We are a new boutique real estate media company serving agents and builders in Texas. We shoot listing photography, cinematic video, drone footage, and social content for busy real estate professionals.

About the role
We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy person to join us as a Photo Editor and QA Coordinator. This is a hybrid role: part quality reviewer, part light retoucher.
Some days that means reviewing a gallery of listing photos before they go to a client and flagging anything that looks off. Other days it means making small fixes directly: straightening a crooked horizon, replacing a dead plant, swapping a blown-out sky, lifting shadowed areas, or adding virtual staging to an empty room.
We will train you fully on our tools, standards, and workflow. You don't need prior professional experience. You need a good eye, honest communication, and a genuine willingness to learn.

Growth path
This is currently a gig role with project-based pay. Our intention is to grow this into a part-time position as soon as possible and eventually a full-time role as the business scales. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us from the beginning and be part of building something real.

What you'll do:
- Review photo galleries and video files before client delivery using a shared QA checklist
- Make light retouches: horizon alignment, object removal, sky replacement, shadow lifting, virtual staging, minor corrections
- Cross-check deliverables against shoot orders to confirm nothing is missing
- Communicate clearly and promptly when something needs attention
- Help us build and refine quality standards documentation over time

What we're looking for:
- A genuine eye for quality in photography, including composition, exposure, and what makes a real estate photo work
- Comfortable learning new software tools and picking them up quickly, basic tech savviness is a must
- Any experience with Photoshop, Lightroom, or virtual staging tools is a plus but not required, we will train you
- Clear, proactive communicator who flags problems early rather than going quiet
- Reliable internet and a few hours of availability that overlaps with U.S. Central time, async next-day turnaround is our standard workflow

What to expect
- Project-based pay to start, with a clear rate agreed upfront
- Volume will grow as the business grows, this is an early-stage opportunity
- Mix of async and light real-time communication
- Fully remote
- You'll work directly with the founder
- We'll be straightforward with you about workload and we expect the same in return

This role is a real opportunity to build skills in real estate media production and grow alongside a company from day one. If you're someone who takes pride in the small details and is looking for something with a real future, we'd love to hear from you!

How to apply:
Send a short message that includes:
- A little about yourself and any relevant background or projects
- Which tools you're already comfortable with, if any
- Your availability and timezone
- A link to your OnlineJobs.ph profile

If you're comfortable doing so, include a short video introduction (60 seconds or less, any platform is fine). Just tell us a little about yourself in your own words. No script needed! :)
