Web Developer Wanted — Help Build the Digital Home of Pagulayan

Pagulayan is a new premium billiards brand with big ambitions, and we’re looking for a talented Web Developer to help build and improve the online experience behind the brand.

This is more than just maintaining a website. You’ll help create the digital foundation for a growing global brand — from website updates and landing pages to product launches, campaign pages, performance improvements, ecommerce improvements, and new online experiences that support our content, media, and sales plans.

Our website is built on the Shopify platform, so applicants must be familiar with Shopify and skilled in working with Shopify websites. You should be comfortable updating Shopify themes, building and improving pages, handling ecommerce functionality, troubleshooting issues, and creating clean, polished, high-performing online experiences.

Your work will be seen and used by people around the world. As Pagulayan grows, our website and digital platforms will play a huge role in how customers discover the brand, shop our products, engage with our content, and experience what we’re building.

We’re a Canada-based company with a growing team in the Philippines, and we work closely together every day. You’ll be joining a talented, ambitious team that moves quickly, communicates often, and is focused on building something big.

Role Requirements

Shift: 9:30am–5:30pm EST
Work style: You will join the team on a screenshare meeting during the shift
Platform: Must be familiar with and skilled in Shopify
Communication: Must have very good English communication skills

You must have experience working with Shopify websites, including Shopify theme customization, ecommerce pages, responsive design, landing pages, site speed improvements, and frontend development. We are looking for someone who can confidently work inside Shopify and help us improve the website as the brand grows.
