About Rosegate Property Management

Rosegate Property Management is a growing company serving property owners and real estate investors across Ontario. We offer two primary services: Property Management and Tenant Placement. We are currently looking for a motivated and driven Sales Specialist to focus exclusively on promoting our Tenant Placement Service.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills who are looking to build a career in sales. Previous sales experience is not required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support.

- Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads using platforms and tools provided by the company.
* Contact property owners primarily through outbound calls, as well as emails and follow-up communications.
* Introduce and explain our Tenant Placement Service to prospective clients.
* Build rapport with property owners and identify their rental needs.
* Schedule property assessments with qualified prospects.
* Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales process and secure signed Tenant Placement Agreements.
* Maintain accurate records of all communications and activities within the company's CRM system.
* Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals.

- Training & Support

No previous sales experience is required.

Successful applicants will receive full training, including:

* How to use our CRM system.
* Our sales process and scripts.
* Objection handling techniques.
* Lead management and follow-up strategies.
* Ongoing coaching and support from management.

-- Compensation

This position offers a base salary of CAD $600 per month, plus commission on every signed Tenant Placement Agreement.

On average, a successful Sales Specialist earns approximately CAD $1,600 per month through a combination of base salary and commissions. There is no cap on commission earnings, providing excellent income potential for motivated individuals.
