AI Focused Full Stack Developer - Ongoing Projects

Access Adventure Club is an Australian company on a mission to connect young people with nature, to improve the wellbeing of our next generation. We predominantly achieve this through delivering our Accessible Adventure programs for young people with disabilities.

We have been in operation for 10 years and are leaders in a uniquely positioned niche that falls between education, disability support and tourism in Australia. We currently have a team of 15 full time staff and approximately 40 casual staff. This includes 9 high performing full time staff in the Philippines.

As our Full Stack AI Developer, you will work with us on an ongoing, project-based contract. You will be a cornerstone in our company, leveraging cutting-edge AI software platforms to transform our business in many departments - starting off with our marketing function. Your engagement is structured around distinct milestone projects.


FIRST PROJECT: Use AI to Optimize our Meta Paid Ads
It's up to you to d ---------- how you would optimize our ads, you'll have the creative freedom to choose which method to deploy. Some example may include:

- Designing, building, and deploying autonomous marketing agents and / or web applications using Claude or the Lovable app development platform, or equivalent.
- Integrating internal data workflows directly with the Meta Graph API and webhooks to build live campaign analytics dashboards.
- Prompt engineer sophisticated marketing data agents in Lovable capable of analyzing historical data, identifying underperforming ads, and outputting winning ad text and graphic variations, and audience targeting rules.
- Connecting external databases (e.g., Supabase, PostgreSQL) to ensure seamless flow between our AI agents and active Meta ad campaigns.


ONGOING & FUTURE PROJECTS: Finance, Operations, Sales, HR and more Marketing
Collaborate directly with departmental managers, to work on projects that can be automated or done by AI agents, allowing our staff to have more time back. We currently have approximately 40+ projects that can be done right away (some minor and some major) - so you'll have no shortage of ongoing projects to keep you busy.

Act as our internal "vibe coder," rapid-prototyping custom applications and autonomous data subagents in Lovable, Claude or equivalent software, to replace manual, repetitive workflows across Sales, Finance, Operations, and HR once the marketing phase is complete.

Maintain clear, thorough documentation of all newly deployed AI applications, database architecture, and API endpoints for each completed project.

Your Main successful indicators will be based around number of projects completed, as well as quality scores and number of bugs reported for each of your projects. Ultimately, you will use AI software and your development expertise to make the working lives of our tea ---------- mbers satisfyingly easier, project by project.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- is responsive and communicates promptly during Australian Daytime hours (day shift in the Philippines)
- is highly organized, process-driven and will document things properly.
- has good written and verbal English communication skills
- is looking for a long term, stable work coming in, but still with the flexibility to take on other work if needed
- has deep experience with AI-assisted software building, and "vibe coding,"
- understands full-stack development foundations (strong knowledge of data structures, databases like Supabase/PostgreSQL, and connecting external REST APIs/webhooks.
- is highly skilled at Prompt Engineering—knowing how to logically structure instructions to guide AI engines


OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Stable internet connection
- A proper home office, free from distraction
- Availability during Day Shift Hours (only 80% of your work needs to be done within 9am - 6pm Adelaide Timezone) 20% of your work can be done outside these hours.

- Hourly rate paid twice per month via Wise (no conversion fee) pay depends on work completed and hours done.

If you prefer fulltime permanent employment (instead of project based), we are happy to offer a slightly lower base pay, but include:
