About the Company
We install premium permanent outdoor LED lighting systems on homes across the United States. Think custom-color Christmas lights that stay up year-round — except high-end, professionally installed, and built to last a lifetime. Our customers pay $3,000–$10,000 for their systems and expect a premium experience from start to finish. We're a fast-growing company and we take care of the people on our team.
What You'll Be Doing
This role has two main responsibilities:
1. Roof Measurements (approx. 2–3 hours per morning/afternoon)
Using EagleView and RoofSnap (we'll train you), pull roof measurements for upcoming sales appointments
Calculate linear footage per side of the home using a simple formula we'll teach you
Enter measurements into our CRM (HighLevel) before each appointment's start time — this is time-sensitive and directly tied to your bonus
Handle edge cases like new builds and late appointment confirmations
Flag anything that doesn't look right rather than guessing
2. Customer Inbound Support (remaining hours)
Respond to customer messages in our CRM via text and
Answer inbound phone calls from customers asking about their installation timeline, materials status, or general questions
Look up project status in our systems and give clear, accurate updates
De-escalate frustrated customers calmly and professionally — we'll give you scripts and context
Log notes and escalate anything you can't resolve
This is detail-oriented, process-driven work. We have documented SOPs for everything. You won't be figuring things out on your own — you'll be following a clear system and flagging when something falls outside of it.
Compensation
Base pay: $4.00/hr
Performance bonuses — paid:
Measurements Deadline Bonus: You earn a bonus for every appointment where measurements are uploaded before the appointment start time. Miss the deadline, no bonus.
Call Answer Rate Bonus: You earn a bonus based on the percentage of inbound customer calls you answer during your shift. We track this. Targets and bonus amounts will be shared during the interview.
We built the bonus structure this way intentionally — if you're reliable and consistent, you make meaningfully more than the base rate. If you're not, the base is what you get. We want someone who sees the bonus as the norm, not the exception.
You're a Great Fit If You:
Have experience in customer support (phone and chat) — 2+ years preferred
Are extremely reliable and show up on time, every day
Communicate clearly in written and spoken English
Can follow a multi-step process accurately without skipping steps
Are comfortable learning new software tools (we'll train you — but you need to be a fast learner)
Have a stable internet connection and a quiet place to take calls
Are available to start your shift by 6:00 a.m. EST
You're Not a Fit If You:
Need constant supervision to complete routine tasks
Have unreliable internet or frequent power outages with no backup
Are looking for a short-term gig — we want someone long-term

The Details
Pay: $4/hr base + performance bonuses
Hours: Part-time to start (~20 hrs/week), with the opportunity to grow to full-time as you prove yourself
Schedule: Monday–Sunday, morning shift aligned to US Central/Eastern time
Equipment: You must have your own computer and reliable internet. A headset for calls is required.
Start date: As soon as the right person is found
