JOB OVERVIEW

We are a residential home builder based in Auckland, New Zealand, looking for a reliable, long?term Virtual Assistant to support our Development Manager with sales admin, lead follow?up, and Canva documents.
This is an admin?focused role with some lead generation and relationship support. It is not a social media or paid ads role.

Responsibilities :
Research and list potential leads using data we provide (no cold calling)
Send follow?up emails/messages using our templates
Keep our contact list/CRM updated and organized
Schedule and confirm appointments for the Development Manager
Create and update professional documents in Canva (brochures, flyers, proposals, tenders)
Maintain a simple 12?month marketing activity calendar
Track and report key activity (meetings booked, proposals sent, contracts won)

Requirements :
Must have:
Strong written and spoken English
Proven experience using Canva for professional documents (not just social posts)
Previous admin/VA experience including calendar management and follow?up
Good attention to detail in formatting and presentation
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to have (not required):
Experience with builders, construction, real estate, or property
Experience using a CRM or contact database
Experience in sales support or appointment setting

Hours :
Minimum 20 hours per week (with potential to increase)
Flexible schedule, with a short daily check?in during New Zealand business hours
Long?term role if we are a good fit
