We are a fast-growing, cleaning company based in Melbourne, Australia. We've been building something special since 2019, and now we're looking for a Sales Rockstar to be the voice of our brand and the engine behind our growth.

What you'll be doing (day to day):
The core of this role is sales — you'll be the first voice people hear and the reason they say yes.

- Calling warm leads and converting inquiries into booked jobs
- Following up on quotes and nurturing potential clients through our sales process
- Handling inbound calls with energy and warmth — making every client feel like a priority
- Responding to emails and messages quickly and professionally
- Supporting the CEO with daily operations to keep everything running smoothly


What we're looking for:

- Excellent spoken and written English — confident, clear, and warm on the phone
- A natural salesperson — you enjoy the conversation, you handle objections well, you close and most importantly you speak with intention.
- Extremely organised — missed follow-ups are not in your vocabulary
- Reliable setup: fast internet, computer with dual screen, noise cancelling headset, quiet workspace
- Comfortable with remote monitoring software (we're a results-driven team — we keep each other accountable)
- Experience in home services, sales, or appointment-setting is a huge plus
