The Role
You will build genuine, professional relationships inside therapy and coaching spaces online, bring the right people into our group and keep our community active and engaged. You represent our brand directly to an audience of clinicians, so professionalism and excellent written English are essential.
Positions and Shifts (Philippine Time)
We are hiring three people:
One (1) graveyard shift, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine time.
Two (2) shifts, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM Philippine time.
1-hour lunch hour is included in this time
Compensation
PHP 20,000 per month, paid twice monthly on the 15th and the last day of each month.
Team Growth Bonus
On top of base pay, the whole team shares a monthly growth bonus based on total new members across our communities. When the team hits 2,500 new members in a month, each member earns PHP 1,500. When the team hits 3,500 or more, each member earns PHP 2,500. The bonus releases only when growth comes through legitimate joins and no account has been restricted or banned, so quality protects everyone's pay.
Path to Setter Role
Strong performers with excellent spoken English skills can move up into a commission-based setter role, where earnings are significantly higher. This role is the proving ground for that opportunity.

Manage and moderate our owned communities, primarily on

Requirements
Excellent written English, warm, clear, and professional in tone. Strong working knowledge of
A background or genuine interest in social work, counselling, psychology, or wellness is a strong bonus but not required, as long as you can show professionalism and learn the space quickly.
Key Performance Indicators
Meaningful conversations: 80 to 120 genuine, personalized conversations/comments per day across platforms combined, spaced and authentic, never identical blasts.
Team growth: contribute to the team's monthly new member target, with a 30-day ramp before full targets apply.
Engagement: help maintain or grow daily active members and post engagement inside our community month over month.
Platform health: zero account restrictions or bans, by respecting each platform's posting and messaging rules.
Response time: reply to member questions and comments within your shift window.
Reporting: Submit an end-of-shift activity log each day.
Retention and quality: legitimate joins and low member churn, measured monthly.
