Real Estate Lead Conversion Specialist (ISA) – Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist who can make outbound calls, generate leads, and convert them into real clients.

This is a high-volume, phone-based sales role. You must be comfortable speaking with prospects daily, handling objections, and producing consistent results.

Important: This is not for admin or text/email-only workers. You must be confident on the phone and able to do manual dialing (not just batch/auto dialers).

*Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to buyer and seller leads
Generate and convert leads into clients
Follow up consistently until conversion
Build rapport and handle objections
Maintain CRM records and pipeline updates
Produce weekly lead-to-client results

*Requirements
Experience in real estate lead generation, cold calling, or ISA role
Strong phone and communication skills
Experience with manual dialing required
Ability to convert leads into clients
Comfortable with 50+ calls per day
CRM experience is a plus
