JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a TikTok-savvy assistant to help grow engagement and visibility for our fashion brand on TikTok.

This role is ideal for someone who spends a lot of time on TikTok, understands online culture, and knows how to naturally engage with viral content and trending conversations.

You will work directly on TikTok accounts, interact with content, help increase brand visibility, and support organic growth strategies.

We are looking for someone who understands how attention works online and can think creatively instead of simply following instructions mechanically.

This is a long-term opportunity with room for increased responsibility, bonuses, and higher pay for strong performers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Engage with TikTok content related to fashion and trends
Leave natural and engaging comments on viral videos
Help increase visibility and awareness for our brand
Identify trends, viral formats, and opportunities early
Follow growth systems and posting guidelines
Communicate feedback and ideas to improve performance
Stay active and consistent during working hours

TRIAL PERIOD

All applicants start with a paid trial phase to evaluate consistency, communication, and overall performance.

Trial duration: 7 days
4-hour daily shifts during the trial
Clear systems and guidance provided
Strong performers can move into a long-term position with increased hours and higher pay
