Home Service Appointment Setter / Lead Follow-Up VA

We are a window cleaning and exterior cleaning company in New Jersey looking for a reliable VA to help with lead follow-up, texting, calling, scheduling, and daily tracking.

Main tasks:
- Call new leads quickly
- Text leads who do not answer
- Follow up quoted leads
- Book jobs onto the schedule
- Update lead tracker / CRM
- Send daily report
- Confirm appointments
- Help request reviews after jobs

Requirements:
- Strong English
- Comfortable making phone calls
- Reliable internet
- Quiet work environment
- Detail-oriented
- Can follow scripts and systems
- Experience with appointment setting, home services, sales, or customer service is a plus

Schedule:
Monday–Saturday, approximately 6 hours/day to start.
Must be able to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Pay:
$500/month to start, with performance bonuses for booked jobs and strong results.
