Creative Marketing & Operations Specialist

Part-Time | Remote | Long-Term Opportunity

We're looking for a creative, proactive, and resourceful person to join our growing real estate marketing company.

This is not a traditional graphic design position.

We're looking for someone who can think critically, solve problems, spot opportunities, and help execute ideas across multiple areas of the business.

Our company creates marketing templates, social media content, lead magnets, presentations, guides, and educational resources used by thousands of real estate agents across the country.

As we continue to grow our membership and product library, we're looking for someone who can take ownership, bring ideas to the table, and help move projects forward without needing constant direction.

What You'll Be Doing:
-Design & Content Creation
-Instagram carousels
-Product promotions
-Membership graphics
-Lead magnet covers
-Pinterest graphics
-Product mockups
-Marketing assets
-Trend Research & Creative Support
-Researching successful Instagram accounts
-Identifying design and content trends
-Bringing fresh ideas to the table
-Adapting successful concepts to fit our brand
-Helping us stay current and relevant
-Product & Membership Support
-Uploading products into our membership
-Organizing content libraries
-Updating product listings
-Assisting with launches
-Helping promote products and resources
-General Business Support
-Helping improve processes
Taking ownership of projects

What Success Looks Like:

-Projects moving forward without constant supervision
-High-quality, on-brand designs being created consistently
-New ideas and opportunities being brought to the team
-Products being uploaded and promoted efficiently
-Membership content staying organized and current
-Less day-to-day micromanagement from leadership

Requirements:
-Strong Canva experience
-Excellent design eye
-Strong written English communication
-Reliable internet connection and computer
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to work independently
-Organized and dependable

Bonus Points:
-Social media management experience
-Pinterest experience
-Email marketing experience
-Real estate industry familiarity
-Basic video editing experience
-Copywriting experience

Hours & Pay:
10–15 hours per week to start
$5 USD/hour
