JOB OVERVIEW

VEYRAH is a minimalist skincare brand launching soon. Five products. COSMOS-certified formulas. Direct-to-consumer via Shopify. We're looking for a Klaviyo specialist to set up email marketing before launch and grow into the full flow stack once the shop is live.

If Phase 1 lands well, Phase 2 follows rapidly and the partnership continues post-launch as the brand scales with seperate email campaigns.

Phase 1 — pre-launch (start as soon as possible)

— Klaviyo account setup, list hygiene, deliverability foundations
— Domain authentication
— Welcome flow — fires on subscriber signup, runs while the shop is in pre-launch
— Pre-launch nurture sequence — brand story, ingredient education, launch reveal
— Branded templates

Phase 2 — post-launch expansion

— Abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back
— Campaign cadence and segmentation
— Ongoing optimisation tied to real performance data

How we work

Copy is custom and written in the VEYRAH voice: editorial, restrained, text-forward. Discount and urgency are used sparingly, with intent — not banned, but on our terms. You can build in native Klaviyo blocks or a sliced-design import workflow — what matters is that you understand deliverability on a new sending domain.

How to apply

Send 2–3 examples of Klaviyo flows you've built to ---------- (skincare, beauty, or DTC preferred), along with:

1) A brief example of what you think a VEYRAH email flow should look like. The welcome email is a good one to sketch — a subject line, preview text, and a few lines of body copy. It doesn't need to be polished; we want to see how you'd translate an editorial, education-first brand into email, not a finished deliverable.

2) Performance metrics from at least one past flow — open rate, click rate, placed-order rate, revenue per recipient. Anonymised is fine. Numbers, not ranges.

3) Your rate structure — per flow, per email, hourly, or package. Confirm whether account setup and domain authentication are included.

4) Your availability over the next 4–6 weeks.

We'll confirm fit within 72 hours of receiving the email and share the brand book before any work begins, based on applications.
