Social Media Coordinator + Creative Designer (Full-Time, Long-Term)

Hi there! We're Z Dentist — a busy, fast-growing dental practice in San Antonio, Texas. We're hiring ONE full-time social media coordinator to run our content and grow our brand. This is a long-term role for someone who wants to grow with us — not a side gig.

THE MAIN GOAL (this is what matters most)
Your #1 mission is to grow our following and turn that audience into booked patients. You'll build and run a consistent short-form content engine — Reels and TikTok daily, Stories, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook — scheduled and automated with software like Metricool, then track what's working and double down on it. We measure success by audience growth and new patient bookings.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Plan, create, schedule, and post across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook (short-form video first)
- Automate publishing with scheduling software and post at peak times
- Edit short-form video in CapCut from footage we film for you
- Design posts, carousels, and Stories in Canva with our brand templates
- Write scroll-stopping captions with strong hooks and clear calls-to-action
- Track growth, reach, and conversions each month and adjust the strategy based on the data
- Take on other creative work as needed — flyers, branded designs, and simple presentations
- Direct our in-house assistant (a few hours a week) on content for our dog's Instagram, with a focus on growing and monetizing it
- Respond to comments and DMs

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years growing social media for real businesses — with proof of follower growth and engagement, not just posting
- A real understanding of what drives reach and conversions on short-form video
- Strong, natural English writing
- Confident in Canva AND CapCut (non-negotiable)
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude, Canva AI, CapCut) and scheduling/automation software (Metricool, Buffer)
- Organized, proactive, consistent — you never miss a posting day
- Reliable internet and a setup that can handle video editing
- Willing to work US business hours, at least to start (this is an evening/overnight shift in the Philippines)

BONUS POINTS
- Experience with healthcare, dental, or US small-business accounts
- Has grown an account to the point of monetization (brand deals, affiliate, sponsorships)
- You bring trend ideas, not just execution

HOURS, PAY & COMMITMENT
- Full-time, ~40 hours/week
- $10/hour USD, paid bi-weekly
- Schedule: to start, you'll work US Central business hours (an evening/overnight shift in the Philippines) so we can build trust and tight workflows together. Once that's established, we can move to a mix of US and your local hours based on the needs of the business.
- This is a dedicated, full-time position. You may NOT work other jobs or take on other clients while employed with us — we want someone fully committed to our brand.

PAID WORK INTERVIEW
Finalists will be paid to complete a short trial task — creating real sample content in our style — so we can see who fits best. Strong work in the trial leads straight to the full-time offer.
