About Us

We're a growing marketing company that helps local service businesses generate more reviews, improve their Google presence, and attract more customers. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to become a key part of our team.

This is not a simple data-entry position. We're looking for someone who can think critically, solve problems, communicate professionally, and help keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Set up new clients GoHighLevel and Merchynt accounts
Follow up with clients via email, SMS, and messaging platforms
Manage client accounts and ensure setups are completed correctly
Update spreadsheets, CRM records, and internal systems
Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers to keep projects moving forward
Track tasks and deadlines
Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed
Identify problems and proactively suggest solutions

Requirements

Excellent written and spoken English
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized and dependable
Fast learner who can quickly adapt to new software
Strong internet connection and reliable computer
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership

Preferred (Not Required)

Previous Virtual Assistant experience
Customer support or client success experience
Project management experience
Experience with GoHighLevel
