Creative Art Director

Position Overview:

- We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our team on a project-to-project or part-time basis. As an Art Director, you will oversee the development and execution of visual concepts across multiple mediums, including digital, print, and motion graphics. Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping brand identities, marketing materials, and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities:
- Manage creative projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Manage the design and production of visual materials, including graphics, animations, and motion graphics for digital and print media.
- Maintain a high standard of visual excellence, ensuring all designs are on-brand, impactful, and effectively communicate the desired message.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge design solutions.
- Provide creative direction, feedback, and revisions based on client input to achieve outstanding results.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects.
- Proficiency in design and animation software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other relevant tools (Figma, Capcut).
- Experience in both graphic design and motion graphics, with a solid understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely with minimal supervision.

Location:
- Remote position open to candidates based in the Philippines.

Schedule:
- Should be comfortable working EST Hours (Toronto Time)
- Part-time or project-based (with Full-time growth opportunities)
