The UnderShadow Universe is an expanding multimedia intellectual property ecosystem that includes novels, characters, world-building, merchandise, collectibles, gaming initiatives, memberships, ecommerce, and community engagement.

I am seeking a highly organized, creative, and strategic Social Media Brand Operations Manager to oversee, organize, unify, and continuously improve our social media presence across multiple platforms.

This is NOT a simple content posting role.

The objective is to create a cohesive digital ecosystem where every platform feels connected to the larger UnderShadow Universe while driving audience growth, website traffic, community engagement, product sales, and long-term brand expansion.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

PHASE 1 – ACCOUNT AUDIT & CLEANUP

Conduct a comprehensive audit of all social media accounts.

Review:

Profile images

Banner images

Descriptions

Links

Hashtags

Branding consistency

Visual presentation

Content organization

Pinned content

Playlists

Highlight categories

Link destinations

Follower engagement

Identify weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.

Create a detailed action plan.

PHASE 2 – BRAND CONSISTENCY

Create a unified visual identity across all platforms.

Ensure consistency of:

Profile photos

Banners

Brand colors

Typography

Descriptions

Calls-to-action

Links

Brand messaging

Content categories

User experience

Each platform should immediately feel connected to The UnderShadow Universe.

The audience should instantly recognize the brand regardless of where they encounter it.

PHASE 3 – CONTENT SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT

Develop content pillars for:

Books

Characters

World-building

Behind-the-scenes

Author content

Operative dossiers

Intelligence briefings

Memberships

Merchandise

Gaming projects

Collector products

Events

Conventions

Community engagement

Content should be strategically distributed across platforms while respecting the strengths of each platform.

PHASE 4 – CONTENT CREATION & SCHEDULING

Create:

Graphics

Short-form videos

Reels

Stories

Carousels

Pins

Community posts

Platform-specific content

Develop a structured content calendar.

Schedule content for optimal engagement windows.

OPTIMAL POSTING STRATEGY

Part of your responsibilities will include:

Researching

Testing

Monitoring

Refining

the best posting times for each platform.
