JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Virtual Hiring Assistant (plus other admin tasks)
Compensation: $600/month
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Remote | Fluent English Required

Role
You will be the first impression for hundreds of job candidates applying to work at one of the fastest-growing cleaning companies in Niagara, Canada. Your job is to screen, qualify, and excite potential hires—while helping us build a high-performance, values-aligned team. You’ll be running interviews, coordinating calendars, and making sure no A-player slips through the cracks.

Responsibilities
Conduct 5–15 minute phone interviews with applicants
Run Zoom interviews to assess culture fit and core value alignment
Coordinate follow-ups and interview scheduling through hiring software
Communicate with hiring managers daily to ensure hiring pipeline is moving
Create a 5-star candidate experience from start to finish
Track and report hiring metrics weekly (interviews booked, show rate, hires made, etc.)
Optimize hiring processes with feedback and data

Requirements
Fluent English (spoken & written) — You must sound professional and be easily understood on calls
1+ years experience in hiring, recruiting, customer service, or admin work
Strong Zoom and phone presence — you’re confident speaking with strangers
Organized, self-managed, and coachable
Comfortable using hiring tools like Indeed, Google Sheets, and Zoom
Fast, reliable internet and a quiet home office setup
Bonus if you’ve hired for service-based businesses or fast-paced teams

Results
Complete a minimum of 20+ interviews per week
Maintain 75%+ show-up rate for scheduled interviews
Consistently bring in culture-fit, long-term tea ---------- mbers
