Who This Role Is For

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality & Events Marketing Manager to help grow awareness, bookings, and customer engagement across our wellness centers, hospitality venues, restaurant operations, and event spaces.

This role is ideal for someone who understands hospitality marketing and has hands-on experience driving restaurant traffic, event bookings, local community engagement, and digital marketing campaigns. You should be comfortable managing multiple marketing channels while coordinating promotions, advertising budgets, and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for hospitality, restaurant, and event operations
• Manage social media platforms and content calendars
• Plan and oversee paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)
• Manage marketing budgets and track ROI
• Increase restaurant traffic and customer engagement
• Drive event bookings and venue utilization
• Coordinate promotions, partnerships, and local outreach efforts
• Analyze marketing performance and provide regular reporting
• Work closely with center managers and leadership teams
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels



Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or event marketing experience
• Proven experience managing social media marketing campaigns
• Experience running paid advertising campaigns and managing budgets
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition and local marketing
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours



Strongly Preferred

• Restaurant marketing experience
• Hotel or hospitality industry background
• Event venue marketing and booking experience
Facebook Ads and Google Ads expertise
• Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms
• Local business marketing experience
• Graphic design or content creation skills
• Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or marketing vendors
