Role Summary:
PTOE Global Solutions is looking for a Product Owner to lead the planning, prioritization, and delivery of digital products, client solutions, and internal platform initiatives. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, clients, developers, UX/UI designers, marketing, content, and delivery teams to turn business needs into clear product requirements and successful outcomes.
The Product Owner will be responsible for understanding the business vision, defining product priorities, managing the backlog, writing user stories, coordinating releases, and ensuring that products are delivered with clarity, value, and quality.
This role is ideal for someone who can bridge business strategy and technology execution, communicate clearly with both business and technical teams, and keep projects moving forward with structure and accountability.
In this role, you won't just be a task manager. You will be the bridge between vision and execution, working closely with leadership, clients, developers, designers, and delivery teams to turn complex business needs into clear requirements and successful digital solutions. You will deeply understand the business purpose behind the product, ensuring that every feature built creates real value for users, clients, and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Planning:
Work with leadership and stakeholders to understand business goals, product vision, client needs, and growth priorities.
Translate business objectives into product roadmaps, features, user stories, and delivery plans.
Help define product scope, priorities, timelines, and success measures.
Ensure product decisions align with PGS’s business model, client expectations, and long-term growth strategy.
Support product planning for, client apps, SaaS platforms, and managed business solutions.
Backlog & Requirements Management:
Own and manage the product backlog across assigned products or client solutions.
Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, workflows, and feature requirements.
Prioritize features, bugs, enhancements, and technical improvements based on business value, urgency, customer impact, and team capacity.
Ensure developers and designers have the information needed to deliver work efficiently.
Review requirements with stakeholders before development begins to reduce rework and confusion.
Delivery & Execution:
Work closely with project managers, developers, designers, QA, and delivery leads to move work from idea to launch.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Review completed work against acceptance criteria before release.
Support testing, UAT, release planning, and post-launch feedback.
Identify blockers, risks, dependencies, and scope changes early and escalate when needed.
Product Quality & Continuous Improvement:
Ensure products are user-friendly, scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
Monitor product usage, customer feedback, issues, and performance trends.
Recommend improvements based on user behavior, business insights, and team feedback.
Work with data and insights teams to define reporting needs and product success metrics.
Help improve PGS’s product development processes, documentation standards, and delivery practices.
Competencies and Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Strong experience gathering requirements and translating them into user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Experience working with software development teams, UX/UI designers, QA testers, and business stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or similar delivery methods.
Ability to prioritize competing business needs and make practical product decisions.
Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working with remote or distributed teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through from idea to implementation.
Ability to understand both business goals and technical constraints.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in SaaS, mobile apps, community platforms, business automation, or client-facing digital solutions.
Experience with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana,
Experience with Laravel, Flutter, PHP, WordPress, APIs, dashboards, CRM tools, or app development environments is an asset.
Experience supporting product launches for web and mobile applications.
Experience working with AI-enabled products, reporting dashboards, content platforms, or community apps is an asset.
Background in managed services, business operations, consulting, or digital transformation is helpful.
Product Owner certification, Scrum certification, or business analysis certification is an asset.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience:
10+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar role.

Strong communication, collaborative leadership style, and an ability to thrive in agile environments.
